At Caffix, most of our products are custom-designed and handmade. Due to this, we maintain a strict No Return and No Refund Policy, with a single exception for candles only.

General Policy (All Products Except Candles)
- All sales are final.
- We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for any products except candles.
- This includes phone cases and all other custom or made-to-order items.

Candles – Return Eligibility
We allow returns only for candles, under the following conditions:
- The return request must be made within 48 hours of delivery
- The candle must be unused, unburnt, and in original condition
- The product must be returned in its original packaging

Refunds (Candles Only)
- Once the returned candle is received and inspected, a refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

Non-Eligible Cases (Candles)
Returns will not be accepted if:
- The candle has been used or burned
- The request is made after 48 hours
- The product is not in original condition

Order Cancellation
- Orders cannot be cancelled once placed.

Shipping & Delivery Issues
Caffix is not responsible for courier delays, damages in transit, or lost packages once shipped.
